City of Foster City

According to www.fostercity.org, Foster City has a population of approximately 29,500 citizens living in more than 13,200 residential units. The City is rapidly nearing its projected population of 34,000 residents. In this planned community development has always been orderly and in accordance with an approved Master Plan, resulting in neighborhoods that age more attractively and in properties that continue to command or increase their value over time.

Foster City is a special place for me. This is the place where I grew up. My family moved here in 1971, and we watched the city grow to what it is today. In 2003, I bought a townhouse in Foster City in the City Park Association. I enjoyed living there so much, I became the Vice President of the Home Owners Association.
